When necessary, our team can assist property owners throughout the eviction process, coordinate required documentation, and help prepare the property for re-leasing once possession has been regained.
With our Results Guarantee, you do not pay us until we produce! There are no set up fees, no admin fees, and no transfer fees. We are only paid after your tenant pays their rent!
We guarantee that the applicant that rents your property will go through a thorough screening process to ensure that only qualified applicants rent your property!
We guarantee that you will not pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12-month period. If a tenant gets transferred prior to their initial 12-month lease term expiring, we will find you another tenant for FREE!
We will cover damage caused by an approved pet on your property up to $1,200 above the security deposit amount! This excludes any Emotional Support Animals (ESA) or service animals per Fair Housing guidelines.
If your tenant pays their lease rental payment in full by the 1st of the month in which it is due, our accounting team will process those funds by the 10th business day of the month or you will receive a credit equal to that month’s management fee.
If we have to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent, Old South Properties will cover the cost associated with filing the eviction.
