Can you hold a place before I apply?
We cannot hold a home before you apply but can hold the property up to two weeks before your occupancy begins. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We collect the security deposit, first month's rent and any pet fees that apply. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable if the property is left properly and if all rents and fees are current. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Applicants who do not meet income, employment history, or credit score requirements may choose to enlist a qualified guarantor/cosigner to meet the qualifications. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Prospective tenants can submit applications for any of our available units directly through our website. All individuals aged 18 and above who will be residing in the unit must complete an application. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid through your Resident Portal online or can be set up with our bank via e-check. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If the property allows for pets, there is a pet application you must fill out for each pet and pay to have the necessary background completed. There are several breeds that are not allowed because of insurance purposes. Please contact the Rental department for the most up to date list of breeds. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
We have a form that must be filled out to remove a tenant from the lease and it would be submitted to the property manager for approval. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
You must abide by the lease which states that you must give a 30-day notice prior to your last month's rental due date.
