How and when do I get my checks?
Proceeds are sent on or before the 10th of each month. -
How is rent collection handled?
A resident portal allows online payments. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our typical lease is for 1 year although we can make arrangements for longer if desired. -
How much security deposit do you charge the resident?
The security deposit is equal to 1 month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?

Who holds the resident's security deposit?
Old South Properties - Florida law requires all deposits and advanced rents to be held in a Florida banking institution.
